India's traffic control--large speed bumps that force people to slow down...unless you're on a bike, then you go around, lol

This fruit & veggie vendor was so kind, I felt like a kid pointing to every unfamiliar item, saying, "What is this?!"  That's what he's doing in this picture :-)
